Gem Portal provides online support services related to GeM registration. As this is a digital service, all documents and certificates are delivered electronically.

All GeM-related documents or certificates will be sent to the email address you provide while filling out the registration form.

Delivery Cost

There is no extra delivery charge.

The service fee paid at the time of registration already includes processing and email delivery costs.

Delivery Time

Documents are usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days after successful registration and payment confirmation.

Delivery time may be delayed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information was submitted in the form
  • Delay from the official GeM or government portal
  • Technical issues with email or system services

Order Tracking

When your processing is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the certificate as an attachment.

In case of delay, you will be notified by email.
